Vaccinium Myrtillus (Bilberry) ext. 50mg (equiv. to fresh fruit 5g (5000mg))
equiv. to Anthocyanosides 12.5mg
d-alpha-Tocopheryl acid succinate 43mg (equiv. to Vitamin E 50IU)
Ascorbic acid 100mg
Lutein 2.5mg
Betacarotene 1.5mg
Zinc sulfate monohydrate 34.3mg (equiv. to Zinc 12.5mg)
Selenomethionine 31mcg (equiv. to Selenium 12.5mcg)
Zeaxanthin 0.15mg

Adults: Take 1 to 2 capsules daily with a meal or as your healthcare professional directs.

This product contains Selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150mcg for adults of Selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
