Belrose High Strength DHA is a supplement that contains DHA from algae and is designed to support healthy growth and development in infants and children who may not be getting enough of this essential fatty acid DHA in their diet. The supplement can help promote brain health and function, healthy eye function, nervous system health, and overall growth and development.

Each capsule contains:
DHA-rich schizochytrium algal oil 250mg
- equiv. to docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 100mg

Infants under 4 months: Consult your healthcare professional and use only as directed.
4 months to 6 years old: Take 1 capsule daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
7 to 12 years: 2 capsules daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Over 12 years: Take 3 capsules daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Please take capsule with a meal.

*For children under 4 years old, cut or twist the capsule tail and squeeze contents onto a spoon to feed or onto food and then administer the contents into the mouth using the spoon. Alternatively, the contents can be squeezed onto food.
